Arkansas Has a Women’s Health (Family Planning) Program

Arkansas has a Medicaid program that has a few different parts. As far as I can tell, their regular Medicaid program covers women who are pregnant. Arkansas also has a program called “Women’s Health (Family Planning)”. Medicaid is a public, or government run, form of health insurance. ARKids First-B Covers Kids in Arkansas

The Medicaid program in every state has a part that covers children who come from low-income families. Often, the program is called CHIP, or Children’s Health Insurance Program. In Arkansas, the program is called ARKids First-B. There is very little information about it on the state’s website. Medicaid is a public, or government run, form of health insurance.
